-Bail myself out of jail for vandalising a UNESCO World Heritage Site wtf.
-Set up a cafe serving my Oreo Cheesecake
-Buy puppies
-Hire sky-writing services to write funny messages in the sky.

I have thought about this - if you're a billionaire and everyone knows it - there's a lot of countries you can't do to experience the culture - you'll have to have like security detail or you'll end up being kidnapped. =D
